The Thunder Bay Police Service is requesting the public’s assistance in locating a suspect connected to two recent arson investigations.
TBPS patrol officers were called by a citizen to the area behind Castlegreen Drive, at the pathway that runs underneath Highway 11/17 for a grass fire that had been lit.
