The Thunder Bay Police Service has released the scene of a sudden death investigation at 40 North Water Street.

Sudden Death Investigation at Water Street
The Thunder Bay Police Service is currently conducting an investigation into a sudden death at the Thunder Bay Transit terminal at 40 North Water Street.
First responders were dispatched to the area shortly after 5:15 a.m. on Thursday, Feb. 25 following reports of a male on the property in possible medical distress.
Thunder Bay Fire Rescue and Superior North EMS were also dispatched to the scene.
An adult male was located and transported to the Thunder Bay Regional Health Sciences Centre where he was pronounced dead.
Members of the TBPS Major Crimes Unit are now investigating. A police presence will remain in the area and transit is being rerouted to Van Norman Street as the investigation continues.
