The Thunder Bay Police Service is renewing its appeal for public assistance in locating missing person Richard GRAHAM, 42.

It has now been a month since Richard was reported as a missing person to the Thunder Bay Police Service on August 7. The last confirmed sighting of Richard was about 40 days ago. He was seen getting onboard a city bus on Cumberland Street on the morning of July 30. It’s unknown where he exited the bus.

He was last seen wearing a camouflage short-sleeve shirt, black pants with a subtle camouflage pattern, grey and black running shoes, a camouflage pattern ballcap, and a large black backpack with a waist belt and large white patch on the top.

He is described as a White male, standing 5'6" in height with a slim build. He has medium-length red hair and a red beard, and hazel eyes.

Family members and investigators remain concerned for Richard’s well-being.

Police are again asking residents throughout the city to check in and around their properties, including outbuildings like garages or sheds. People are also asked to check any home or business surveillance footage from July 30. If anything is observed that could assist the investigation, please contact police immediately.
