Police are investigating a fatal collision on Oliver Road.
Thunder Bay Police Service officers with the Primary Response branch were dispatched to the 1500 block of Oliver Road shortly after 8 a.m. on Thursday, September 19.
A passenger vehicle collided with a school bus. The female driver of the passenger vehicle was pronounced deceased at the scene.
There were no injuries to any of the students on the bus. The Thunder Bay Police Service and Canadian Mental Health Association's Integrated Mobile Police Assessment Crisis Team unit responded and has been providing assistance.
A section of Oliver Road had been closed but has since reopened.
The Traffic Unit and Forensic Identification Unit are involved in the ongoing investigation.
