Thunder Bay Police Service officers with the Uniform Patrol Branch were dispatched to a business in the 200 block of Simpson Street just after 5 a.m. on Wednesday, Dec. 4 following reports of a break and enter that had just occurred.
When officers arrived they found evidence that someone had broken into the business. Broken glass and blood was found at the scene.
Officers checked the area around the business and located more blood.

Officers located a male bleeding and in need of medical attention. Paramedics with Superior North EMS arrived to provide medical assistance and transported the male to the Thunder Bay Health Sciences Centre for further treatment.
