Police are seeking dash camera footage as a theft from an ATM remains under investigation.
Thunder Bay Police Service officers were called to the 1100 block area of Alloy Drive on the morning of Sunday, May 5. Responding officers found that the ATM had been damaged and a quantity of cash had been stolen.
The Break and Enter and Robbery (BEAR) Unit is involved in the ongoing investigation.
Police are asking members of the public who have dash camera video in the area between 10 p.m. on Saturday, May 4 and 2 a.m. on Sunday, May 5 to provide that footage. Video from vehicles on Balmoral Street turning left to travel west on the Harbour Expressway, or vehicles headed west on Harbour Expressway approaching Balmoral, may be of particular interest to investigators.
Anyone who otherwise noted suspicious activity in the area is also asked to contact police.
