Jeffrey was reported as a missing person to the Thunder Bay Police Service on Monday, November 4. He was last seen in the 200 block of Briar Bay on Tuesday, October 29, and has not been in contact with family members.
He is described as a White male, 5'9" with a thin build. He has brown eyes and short brown hair.
