The driver involved in a collision with a pedestrian last month has been charged.
Emergency services, including Thunder Bay Police Service officers, responded to the parking lot area of County Fair Plaza on Dawson Road on Thursday, September 26.
A vehicle collided with an adult male pedestrian. The pedestrian was transported to hospital by paramedics. He remains in hospital with injuries that are considered life threatening.
The Thunder Bay Police Service Traffic Unit became involved in the investigation, with assistance from Ontario Provincial Police.
The investigation led to the driver being arrested on Wednesday, October 23.
Carson Bradley MUNSON, 24, of Thunder Bay, is charged with Dangerous Operation of a Vehicle Causing Bodily Harm. He has also been served with several Highway Traffic Act offences.
The accused appeared in court on Thursday and has been released with conditions and a future appearance date.
