The Thunder Bay Police Service is requesting public assistance to identify two suspects connected to the investigation of a recent break and enter to a business.

TBPS officers with the uniform patrol branch were originally dispatched to the Jangles Bead Store at 475 Eleventh Avenue just after 5 a.m. on Tuesday, Aug. 11 following an alarm.

When officers arrived they found signs of possible forced entry. Further investigation revealed that two suspects had entered the business, but had fled prior to police arrival.

Both suspects are described as possibly being male. One suspect wore lighter clothing with a hood up and a mask covering the lower part of his face, while the second suspect wore camouflage pants and a jacket with light-coloured or white writing on the back and light-coloured design on the arms.

The investigation now includes members of the TBPS’s Break and Enter and Robbery (BEAR) Unit. In an effort to advance this investigation, police are releasing clips from video surveillance footage that shows both suspects at the time of the break and enter.

If you have any information that could assist investigators please call police at 684-1200 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477, online at www.p3tips.com.
