The Thunder Bay Police Service is requesting public assistance in identifying the suspect of a recent break and enter to a business.

Officers with the TBPS’s uniform patrol branch were originally dispatched to the Blackfoot Minnows & Bait store in the 200 block of Cumberland Street North at about 5:30 a.m. on Tuesday, July 14 following reports of a break and enter that had occurred the previous evening.

Police learned a male entered a shed on the businesses property. Once inside the male located an undisclosed amount of cash before fleeing the area.

While the video is not clear, police are releasing selected clips to the public in the hopes that someone may be able to identify the male.

No descriptors of the suspect are available at this time.
