Balmoral Street at Central Avenue closed to all traffic due to a collision investigation

Thunder Bay Police are currently on scene at a motor vehicle collision which occurred at the intersection of Balmoral Street at Central Avenue.

The extent of any injuries are still being determined however the Thunder Bay Police Traffic Unit is currently conducting the investigation.

As a result, the intersection will be closed to all traffic for several hours. Police are asking motorists to avoid the intersection and find alternate routes.

A further media release will issued later in the day as the investigation progresses.
