To file a complaint about the policies, service or conduct of an officer with respect to any police force in Ontario you may call 807-684-1200 and ask to file a complaint.

A complaint must be submitted on the prescribed Office of the Independent Police Review Director (OIPRD) complaint form and may be submitted on the OIPRD website here, or by fax, mail or at any municipal, regional or provincial police service in Ontario.
