On September 17, 2018 at 10:45 p.m. officers were called to an apartment building in the 200 block of Cumming Street on a report of a male who had been assaulted in the hallway.
A patrol officer stopped a vehicle after it failed to stop at a stop sign on Egan Street.
The officer spoke to the two male occupants and received conflicting information about the ownership of the vehicle.

Over the course of the past week, the Thunder Bay Police Service were busy responding to numerous calls of impaired drivers across the city, resulting in charges being laid against 7 individuals.
